Progress Fitness has something to offer for everyone! We’re a fitness facility that truly cares about you and your goals, and doing what we can to help you reach them with ACNM Online Pharmacy. We work on building a sense of community that will help you feel like you’re a part of a like-minded group that is all working on the same thing – making progress!
PROGRESS FITNESS
Progress Fitness is a Group Exercise and Personal Training studio that has everything you need to make progress towards any fitness or health goal. Our classes are built to use your body weight with clenbuterol cycle and light weights to help you burn a ton of calories as if you’ve done a lot of traditional cardio, and you get the added benefit of strength training as you do it. Think of the classes as “strength cardio.” No matter what your goal is, these classes will help you reach it.
Group Classes
Progress Fitness is a studio where we hold all of our group exercise classes such as boot camp and Spin. Our classes are built to use your body weight and light weights with clenbuterol for sale to help you burn a ton of calories as if you’ve done a lot of traditional cardio, and you get the added benefit of strength training as you do it. Think of the classes as “strength cardio.” No matter what your goal may be, these classes can help you achieve it.
Auto-Bill Pricing:
$36/month for one class a week (4 classes a month)
$65/month for 2 classes a week (8 classes a month)
$85/month for 3 classes a week (12 classes a month)
$99/month for Unlimited classes each month
If you would prefer to buy class cards, see pricing below. Class cards expire one month from purchase if you choose the 1-12 denominations, and two months from purchase for the 16 & 20 denominations.
Class Schedule
All classes can be paid for in person with cash or by check. Drop-ins are always welcome but please try to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early, especially if it’s your first time coming to one of our classes. Or, if you prefer to sign up and pay online, select “sign up” next to any of the classes on the calendar below. MUST register for SPIN ahead of time.
Class Referral Program
We also offer a referral program. It is basically a “one for one” referral system. Once you are a paying customer, if you bring someone to try a class and they decide to buy some classes – whatever they buy testogel – you get that much for free the following month. So if you buy four classes and bring a friend who ends up buying four classes, the following months you’d have four free classes coming to you. Work this deal right, and you could pay for some classes, then keep referring people and NEVER pay again!
Personal Training
New to working out? Need someone to hold you accountable? Want to get better results than you’ve been able to achieve on your own? Need a new routine to change things up and find the best anavar for sale in the USA?
Personal training is a great answer to any of these questions. Our knowledgeable personal trainers will help you reach whatever your personal fitness goal may be.
We consider our client/trainer relationships to be more of a two person team – you and your trainer. We care as much about your goals as much as you do… sometimes more! We’ll create workouts that are designed to achieve your specific goal, share nutrition tips and offer advice every step along the way. We’re here to help! If you want a teammate to help you along your fitness journey, just let us know.
trainer delivery service // $75.00 per session
We also offer in-home personal training for people who would prefer a trainer to come to them! You need to live within 15 miles of our Green Hills location for this service, but you DO NOT need to be a member of the gym to take advantage of this option with testosterone enanthate. These sessions are all 45-55 minutes long.
Christmas in may 5k

Join us for our 3rd Annual Progress Fitness: Christmas in May 5K!!! Just like last year, it will take place at English Landing Park in scenic Parkville, Missouri.
Beneficiary
A portion of the proceeds will go to the Salvation Army’s “Angel Tree” program. The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program provides new clothing or toys for children of needy families through the support of donors. Found in local companies and corporations, Angel Trees are decorated with numbered paper angel tags with the first name, age and gender of a child in need of presents. Contributors remove one or more tags to buy deca durabolin from the tree and purchase appropriate gifts for the child or children described on the tags.
Every child deserves to experience the joy of Christmas morning. And thanks to supporters of The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program, thousands of American children will find this waiting under their Christmas trees this year.
